Smart Start at NPY

The Smart Start Program provides you with tools and support to help you live a healthy and active life. Through this FREE program, we will educate you on the equipment and create a customized workout to help you achieve your goals. Complete all three Smart Start sessions with your coach and get a 30-minute personal training session.

All members are encouraged to participate in our Wellness Center Smart Start Sessions, offered free with membership

Session 1 – Meet your Coach
Define realistic goals with your wellness coach and get an introduction to our cardio equipment.

Session 2 – Get Strong
Go over your progress so far with your wellness coach and get started on getting strong by learning our strength circuit.

Session 3 – Stay Motivated
Follow-up with your wellness coach. Discuss other aspects of our Y.

Session 4 – Free Personal Training Session
After completing your 3 Smart Start Sessions, enjoy a free 30-minutes session of personal training on us! Learn a few new individual moves.

Record your activity and gain points to retrieve prizes on our North Penn YMCA app. Download at your App Store or Google Apps.
