Healthy child development starts early at the Harleysville YMCA Early Childhood Center. That’s why we offer preschool programs that help children learn the essential skills they’ll need later on. Our trained, supportive staff strives to help everyone have the best possible start in their education and arrive at their first day of kindergarten ready to learn.

Half-day and full-day child care schedules are available.

Financial Assistance Available

Our center does accept ELRC and also has financial assistance available. We strive to serve everyone in the community, regardless of their individual economic circumstances. Financial assistance applications are available at all of our membership offices and must be submitted with registration forms. Fantastic through the Years

We have sent four of our children to the preschool over the course of the last 13 years. The staff has been fantastic throughout the years. They provided our children with a wonderful education, fantastic experiences and fostered friendships. Everyone There Really Cares…

Our family is very happy with our decision to send our children to the Harleysville preschool and pre-K programs. We have witnessed so much joy and growth in them over the past couple of years. The teachers are fantastic; the kids feel comfortable and engaged with them. The staff is responsive and accommodating. You can tell everyone there really cares about the children who attend. It has been a wonderful first schooling experience and we believe they will be ready as they move up to kindergarten.
